Our Performance

We are constantly trying to improve our service. We monitor many different aspects of both the residents' happiness, the conditions of the housing stock and the targets and goals set to us by Woking Borough Council.

Each year, since the New Vision Homes contract began, Woking Borough Council has commissioned an independent survey to monitor our performance and our residents level of satisfaction with the services we provide. The survey helps identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and helps shape our future delivery of services to try and ensure continual improvements to our residents.

The 2019 survey will soon be sent out by Woking Borough Council​. Data from the survey is collated and anonymised, but please make sure you tick the GDPR box, otherwise we won’t be able to process your results and you will have wasted your time filling it all out.
